DaDo Panic

About the Product

The DaDo signalling system is a robust, pressure-activated switching solution designed to provide continuous signalling along walls or surfaces in a wide range of environments. It is particularly suited for applications where immediate response is critical, such as hospitals, care homes, police stations, and public buildings.

The system operates over its entire length, allowing users to trigger an alarm or signal from any point, making it ideal for emergency or assistance situations. Its durable, tamper-resistant construction ensures reliability even in demanding or high-risk environments, offering reassurance in potentially threatening scenarios.T

The system is built from three main components: an aluminium mounting channel, a fully waterproof ribbon switch, and a protective top cover, all designed for quick and straightforward installation. Optional activation sensitivities (HiSens and LoSens) allow it to be tailored for different use cases, from highly responsive panic alarms to more deliberate activation where accidental triggering must be avoided. With additional features such as end-cap options, illuminated kits, and flexible corner sections, the DaDo system can be customised to suit various layouts and applications, delivering a clean, reliable, and effective signalling solution.

  • Aidalarm
  • DaDo LED

Available in optional activations. The HiSens version is ideal for panic alarm situations where it is desirable that any contact with the strip, for example, even when someone is pushed into it, causes an alarm.

If a great deal of accidental contact is envisaged, which would cause nuisance tripping of the alarm, the LoSens version may be more appropriate, since this a more deliberate operation.

The only difference between the two systems is that the HiSens uses a higher, black ribbon switch and the LoSens uses a lower, white ribbon switch.
